Program Purpose

The Coca-Cola Sales Learnership 2025 is a 12-month program in George, Western Cape, designed for unemployed South African youth aged 18–35. Participants will gain practical sales experience and theoretical knowledge, earning a National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4, upon completing 120 credits. The program focuses on growing sales volume, mastering order-taking processes, and implementing CCBSA’s merchandising standards under the guidance of professional Sales Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in executing strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Facilitate order-taking processes for direct and indirect customers.
  • Implement and monitor merchandising standards in retail environments.
  • Build long-term relationships with retail partners and distributors to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
  • Support promotional campaigns and ensure proper product displays.
  • Provide updates on sales activities and customer feedback to sales managers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • South African citizen with a valid ID, aged 18–35.
  • Grade 12/Matric with at least 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy and two South African languages.
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment and not enrolled in full-time studies.
  • No prior completion of the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4, or similar learnership.
  • Qualifies as an Employment Equity candidate per CCBSA’s guidelines.
  • Commitment to a 12-month program, achieving a minimum of 120 credits.

Preferences

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related fields.
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
