Clover Pro-Star Milk Procurement Learnership

Duties and Responsibilities
Milk Procurement & Quality Assurance
- Gain an understanding of the end-to-end milk procurement process.
- Compliance with dairy and legal standards.
- Quality assurance of raw milk.
Administration & Financial Management
- Generate tax invoices.
- Manage budget forecasting for milk procurement.
- Accurate and timely payments.
Contract & Supplier Management
- Manage contracts and procurement conditions for raw milk supply.
- Secure and maintain agreements with suppliers.
Stakeholder Relations
- Engage with internal and external milk producers.
- Acquire and onboard new farmers to expand milk supply.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Logistics processes, including milk collection, routing, and route analysis.
- Gain hands-on experience in milk reception operations.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Procurement systems and optimize processes.
Supply Planning
- Supply planning strategies.
- The alignment between procurement and supply chain operations.
