Clover is now searching for Grade 12 applicants who would like a permanent job position as an Administrative Clerk based in Matroosfontien, Western Cape. The Administrative Clerk position at Clover involves overseeing and optimizing various warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all activities. The role requires the clerk to prepare and submit timely, hourly updates on dispatched stock, keeping management informed of the warehouse’s ongoing performance. Any discrepancies or irregularities identified must be promptly reported to the Team Leader to allow for swift resolution.
The clerk is also responsible for ensuring that all documentation is consistently accurate and up to date, as precise records are essential for smooth workflow and accountability. In addition, the position entails compiling comprehensive daily management reports that summarize operational activities, stock movements, and any notable issues, providing valuable insights for decision-making and operational improvements.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Generate invoices for all warehouse-picked routes
- Organize invoices and hand them over to the Distribution Clerk
- Provide hourly updated reports on dispatched stock
- Record all crates and pallets after verifying picks for each route
- Produce labels for all completed picking rounds
- Prepare the uplift register, print uplift documents, and arrange files for daily delivery routes
- Enter RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) data
- Conduct daily verification of picked items
- Notify the Team Leader of any discrepancies
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation at all times
- Prepare and compile daily management reports.
