Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers in finding products and answering queries.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through restocking shelves and creating attractive displays.
- Stay informed about promotions and product ranges to offer informed recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for fashion and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
