Duties & Responsibilities
The successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Efficiently executing all point-of-sale (POS) activities in a timely manner.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and handling payments,
- including actioning clubcard rewards.
- Safely handling cash at all times.
- Proactively promoting and enrolling new Clicks Clubcard members to achieve participation targets.
- Making customers aware of promotions to positively influence sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional service.
- Executing merchandising and housekeeping duties in line with store standards.
- Supporting the company vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer.
- Keeping updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
Education:
Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
