MTN is currently recruiting Telesales Consultants to join their dedicated sales teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with customers, have strong communication skills, and are driven by achieving sales targets.
Role Overview
As a Telesales Consultant at MTN, you will:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain MTN products and service offerings
- Promote airtime, data bundles, contracts, and value-added services
- Address client questions and assist with order processes
- Enter accurate customer information into internal systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with using computers and data entry systems
- Goal-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
- Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent work schedules
- Previous sales or call centre experience is preferred but not required
