About the Citi Bank ICRM Learnership 2026
Citi South Africa is offering a one-year Learnership Programme in the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) division. This programme provides graduates with hands-on experience and practical exposure to compliance risk management, contributing to Citi’s commitment to maintaining a robust control framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to compliance risk assessments and assist in the identification and mitigation of regulatory risks
- Analyse data to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations
- Support the implementation of compliance-related policies and frameworks
- Participate in developing and maintaining Citi’s culture of strong governance and ethical standards
- Gain insight into the global and local financial regulatory landscape through training and mentorship.
Learnership Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA of 65%) or Master’s degree in any discipline
- A maximum of one year of work experience is acceptable, though not mandatory
