What You’ll Do
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately for walk-in clients
- Manage branch cash assets (receiving, balancing, storage)
- Support ATM/ANA operations (replenishment & troubleshooting)
- Ensure compliance, risk control & confidentiality
- Assist with reports and service improvement processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and sales support
Requirements
- NQF 5 FAIS-recognised qualification (Required)
- 1–2 years banking/teller experience
- Strong cash handling & balancing skills
- Experience with ATM operations
- Knowledge of banking procedures, compliance & risk controls
