Job Purpose:
To manage and deliver accurate administration and oversight of operational and revenue billing services provided by the municipality, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Deliver prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries related to municipal revenue services.
• Provide accurate information on various municipal services and offerings.
• Perform administrative tasks to uphold high customer service standards.
• Process registrations for new and existing municipal customers.
• Handle administrative tasks for the termination of municipal customer accounts.
• Manage name change requests efficiently.
• Address inquiries regarding valuation roll changes and property registrations.
• Contribute to policy updates and initiatives to enhance customer service quality.
• Embrace the contact centre culture and leverage technology for efficient and timely customer support.
• Support customers in registering and creating profiles on the eServices platform.

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with an Administrative certificate.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
