Job Purpose:
To manage and deliver accurate administration and oversight of operational and revenue billing services provided by the municipality, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Deliver prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries related to municipal revenue services.
- Provide accurate information on various municipal services and offerings.
- Perform administrative tasks to uphold high customer service standards.
- Process registrations for new and existing municipal customers.
- Handle administrative tasks for the termination of municipal customer accounts.
- Manage name change requests efficiently.
- Address inquiries regarding valuation roll changes and property registrations.
- Contribute to policy updates and initiatives to enhance customer service quality.
- Embrace the contact centre culture and leverage technology for efficient and timely customer support.
- Support customers in registering and creating profiles on the eServices platform.

Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
Preferred Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with an Administrative certificate.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
