Bidvest Facilities Management is searching for candidates who need theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on the Unitary Installer career. The Bidvest Facilities Management Unitary Installer Learnership is structured to cultivate capable entry-level professionals through a balanced combination of formal theoretical learning, hands-on practical skills training, and guided workplace exposure. The programme focuses on building a solid technical foundation while developing the practical competencies required for real-world application in professional environments.

Throughout the learnership, participants gain critical knowledge and industry-relevant skills that prepare them for employment opportunities within Facilities Management, HVAC systems, and related technical and engineering service sectors.
