About the Avbob Long Term Insurance Learnership 2026
Avbob is welcoming South African individuals to receive a solid working foundation by partaking in their wonderful Long Term Insurance Learnership programmes. The Avbob Long Term Insurance Learnership is designed to give participants the necessary “learning-by-doing” experience to better prepare themselves for the future working world. Learners will be subjected to a combination of theoretical assessments as well as practical training sessions in a real-time working environment. There will be supervisors available to guide you along the way as they track your progress through the entire programme.
In a joint collaboration with INSETA, the Avbob Long Term Insurance Learnership will be conducted for 12 months. Interested candidates are expected to commit themselves fully to the entire duration of the programme. As you will be heavily involved in the Insurance industry, learners will rotate their way through the course and gain knowledge in each of the company’s job functions. These divisions include Client Services, Finance, Administration, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Marketing, Training, and Sales. Once you have finished your 140 credits in the learnership, you will be entitled to an NQF Level 4 Qualification – provided that you show remarkable progress during the learnership.
Eligibility Criteria
