Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Matric
  • A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse information and convert data into usable statistics
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of the built environment and project management principles
  • Typing skills will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Liaising with internal clients and national client departments regarding queries, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Assisting with the consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Performing general office administration, including filing, memorandum drafting, and letter writing
  • Collecting and compiling inputs to resolve audit queries
  • Registering OW 415 forms for day-to-day maintenance services and service contracts
  • Updating, managing, and filing records for maintenance services and service contracts
  • Following up on outstanding cases to ensure queries are resolved and service delivery is maintained
  • Updating and administering daily maintenance spreadsheets for internal and external distribution
  • Providing regular feedback to the National Call Centre on the status of complaints
  • Arranging and attending meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Carrying out general administrative support functions as required
