Overall Job description
The AMT Associate (internal title) will be mainly responsible to co-ordinate the receipt, follow-up and the tracking of requests for creation and/or modification of packing components for our pharmaceutical products to ensure that they are in compliance with the Regulatory requirements and site production guidelines. Also responsible to align with all stakeholders that any supply risks are managed and mitigated.
Responsibilities
- Artwork Process Execution
- Progress Artwork changes by liaising with the manufacturing site, Market regulatory and Artwork studios to meet the implementation requirement defined by Customer
- Ensure Artwork released as per planned timeline & aim right first time.
- Ensure compliance of commercial artworks and flag risks where applicable
- Support in finalizing the drawings, technical documentation and process for sites when cutting over to Aspen.
- Identify supply risk due to Artwork and drive/ support mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive finalizing the drawings, technical documentation and processes for onboarding of new manufacturing sites, new affiliate in case of site transfers and new deals.
2. Cost management
- Minimise the costs related to artwork release delays and errors.
- Review of quotes and invoices to ensure that costs is reasonable and challenge where required. Flag any risk/impact to artwork budget.
3. Process Improvement
- Ensure continuous improvement to the ways of working by challenging the status quo.
4.Customer Relationship
- Maintain good customer relationship with internal and external customer to ensure a smooth flow of the agreed artwork progress for the timely delivery of Artworks for production
- Sharing knowledge and supporting in issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years minimum working experience in an office environment or 2 years Pharmaceutical industry or similar experience in packaging
- Project coordination or project management knowledge is essential
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy essential
- Proficiency in Sharepoint
- Exposure to printing and/or packaging environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat essential
- Proficiency in Illustrator and indesign
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and logistics processes is a plus
- Experience using Power PI or similar reporting tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to workflow systems such as Esko is a plus
