AM Security Services is calling on unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2025–2026 Learnership Programme. This opportunity is ideal for young individuals who are serious about pursuing a long-term career in the private security sector. The programme blends classroom-based theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job experience, and leads to a recognised occupational qualification as a Security Officer.
Who Should Apply?

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently unemployed
- Not enrolled in any studies or another learnership programme
- Must have Matric (Grade 12) with English and Level 4 in all subjects
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Age between 18 and 30 years old
- Not PSIRA registered
- Must have no criminal record
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet) will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must live near Strand, Western Cape
