Job Purpose
The Permanent Part-Timer assists in daily store operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and upholds adidas’s policies and procedures. This part-time role offers entry-level retail experience for youth passionate about fashion and teamwork.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service and assist with sales transactions (cash, credit, checks).
- Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor and verify received items.
- Assist in creating merchandise displays or follow management’s schedules.
- Use point-of-sale system proficiently, adhering to policies.
- Apply selling techniques (e.g., add-on sales, product details) to meet sales goals.
- Greet customers, help find products, and act as a greeter during busy periods.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and safeguard company assets.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- 0–1 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred but not essential).
- Clear criminal record, verified via background checks.
