Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks to keep the Kriel office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally, directing them to relevant departments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Afrikaans.
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
    • Well-presented, professional, and reliable demeanor.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively.
  • Citizenship: South African citizen or permanent resident with legal work authorization.
