Registration Data Capturer
Emeris consolidates resources and expertise from IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE-Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management, with a unified approach ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.
Role
We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period . These will be contract roles for the following vacancies:
Registration Data Capturers
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling students to come and register
Calling students to follow up on documents
Data capturing
Assessing completeness of a registration
Assisting students to register
Competencies / Skills required:
Good interpersonal skills
Must be methodical/systematic
Experience in Word & Excel essential
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
Superior organisational and administrative skills
Best suited to a service-oriented person
Friendly, presentable, organised and can work under pressure
High Initiative
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
Completed Matric/Grade 12
A Diploma or Degree is advantageous
Minimum Work Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience.
Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
Previous finance experience will be advantageous
