Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Computer Literate
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in an office environment will be beneficial
Excellent planning and preparation skills
Basic bookkeeping skills
Managing maintenance of office facilities and equipment
The Office Administrator will perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Welcome and receive visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, etc.
Manage and update TSU Training Solutions Facebook page.
Respond to and action all Facebook enquiries.
Maintain and update filing systems, including but not limited to the QMS, customer, and service provider files.
Manage credit card expense vouchers, petty cash, as well as vehicle log sheets, and fleet card expenses.
Manage and order stationery and other office supplies as needed.
Assist with the purchasing of general office supplies, including coffee, tea, etc.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Other such duties as may be required from time to time.
Remuneration
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
