REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidate profile: Applicants must be in possession of a Senior Certificate.
- Post matric certificate in Office Administration / Secretarial Support NQF 6 (Diploma) and above in Office Administration / Secretarial Support or related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years in Office Administration and Secretarial Support.
- Typing competency experience.
- Administration skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Proven Computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing skills.
- Organising skills.
- Business writing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
DUTIES:
- Render effective and efficient administrative and Secretarial Support Service to the Chief Director and the Directorates within the Chief Directorate.
- Manage the administration of the Office of the Chief Director and the Directorates.
- Provide administrative support for research, monitoring/evaluation projects and conferences/workshops/roundtable sessions within the Chief Directorate.
- Management of the Registry.
- Provision of logistical support.
- Management of relationships between the components within the Chief Directorate, internal components and external stakeholders.
