Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
- No prior work experience required

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement permit administration processes as guided by Traffic Regulations for Highways
- Maintain integrity of abnormal vehicle traffic (A V Traffic) system records
- Perform administration oversight
- Plan traffic office service activities
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies on regulatory and legislative matters
- Ensure establishment and maintenance of abnormal vehicle traffic system operations and records
- Prepare and respond to annual audit requirements
- Improve service delivery to clients and the public
- Ensure availability of services at all times
