Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
  • No prior work experience required

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement permit administration processes as guided by Traffic Regulations for Highways
  • Maintain integrity of abnormal vehicle traffic (A V Traffic) system records
  • Perform administration oversight
  • Plan traffic office service activities
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies on regulatory and legislative matters
  • Ensure establishment and maintenance of abnormal vehicle traffic system operations and records
  • Prepare and respond to annual audit requirements
  • Improve service delivery to clients and the public
  • Ensure availability of services at all times
