Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Clerk will support the Traffic Engineering Services unit with various administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Processing and assessing Road Signs and Road Markings applications
- Managing document control and records security
- Providing client liaison and administrative support
- Conducting site inspections
- Offering technical and operational support
- Collecting and consolidating relevant information
- Organising meetings with stakeholders and clients
- Drafting project submissions, business plans, and official correspondence
