Minimum Requirements

Main Responsibilities

The Administrative Clerk: Asset Management will be responsible for supporting asset management functions within the department. Duties include:

  • Providing clerical support for asset management activities
  • Compiling and maintaining asset registers and databases
  • Assisting with annual physical asset verification
  • Distributing asset inventory lists to officials for verification and signatures
  • Keeping accurate records of signed asset inventory documents
  • Identifying obsolete, redundant, or unserviceable assets for disposal
  • Barcoding newly acquired assets before recording them in the asset register
  • Assisting with updating and maintaining the asset register
  • Supporting the Admin Officer with asset management tasks
