Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Certificate in Office Management or Secretarial Studies
- Computer literacy with strong administrative and office management skills
- High level of proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support within the Legal Services unit, including:
- Developing and maintaining an efficient filing and document tracking system
- Receiving, recording, distributing, and filing official documents
- Managing correspondence and registers
- Providing full secretarial support to the Head of Legal Services
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, attendance registers, minutes, and reports
- Drafting memoranda and official correspondence
- Managing the diary of the Head of Legal Services
- Arranging travel, meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Managing telephone and communication systems
- Ordering stationery and office equipment and managing office inventory
- Handling copying, faxing, and emailing of documents
