Description
Deliver top-notch administrative support to the laboratory, ensuring a high standard of service.
Oversee office operations by creating, monitoring, and implementing processes to ensure timely and effective handling of the division’s business, including instructions, correspondence, and appointments.
Compile information and create supporting documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Establish and manage proper record-keeping systems, including filing, retrieval, retention, storage, and destruction.
Screen telephone calls, inquiries, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
Implement systems to coordinate the flow of correspondence to and from the office.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences, such as letters and memos, and take minutes as needed.
Cultivate positive customer relations through effective communication and service.
Provide high-quality general secretarial and administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements and logistical support for the office’s efficient functioning.
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, teleconferences, video conferences, and other events, ensuring accurate minute-taking.
Requirements
Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial or equivalent qualification.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of administrative processes.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Good interpersonal relation.
High degree of integrity and tact to handle sensitive and classified information.
