Job Purpose

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while managing front desk operations and providing administrative support for efficient office functioning.

Reporting to : Human Capital Manager

Key Job Outputs:

Welcome visitors and manage access control measures procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professional.
Receive and distribute parcels delivered to the site and inform the relevant administrators
Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital department
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the reception area

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
At least 2 years’ experience in reception and/or administration.
Additional administrative or customer service training will be advantageous
