They’re currently on the lookout for a Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Based at their warehouse in Alrode, this is your chance to take ownership of operations, lead a dedicated team, and keep things moving efficiently and professionally.
📍 Location: Alrode
💰 Salary: R20 000
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07h00 – 16h30
Fridays: 07h00 – 14h30
Saturdays: 07h30 – 12h00
The supervisor/leader must be willing to work extended hours/shifts to meet customer needs and will also be responsible for opening and closing the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment in line with health and safety standards
- Supervise stock control processes: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Minimize damages, losses, and inventory discrepancies
- Perform regular cycle counts and oversee periodic stock takes
- Plan and coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
- Ensure the upkeep of warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and fleet
- Lead and support a professional, customer-oriented warehouse team
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (Post-matric qualification is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, and stock control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Maandae – Donderdae: 07h00 – 16h30
Vrydae: 07h00 – 14h30
Saterdae: 07h30 – 12h00
Supervisor/leier moet bereid wees om verlengde ure/skofte te werk om klante benodighede te diens, asook verantwwordelik vir oop- en toesluit van stoor.

Verantwoordelikhede:
- Handhaaf ’n veilige, skoon en georganiseerde pakhuis volgens gesondheid- en veiligheidsregulasies
- Bestuur voorraadbeheer: ontvangs, stoor en versending van goedere
- Beperk verliese, skade en voorraadverskille
- Voer gereelde siklustellings uit en bestuur jaarlikse voorraadopnames
- Beplan en koördineer logistiek om kliëntbehoeftes betyds te ontmoet
- Hou akkurate rekords van voorraadtransaksies op die stelsel
- Verseker instandhouding van infrastruktuur, toerusting en vloot
- Lei en ondersteun ’n professionele, kliëntgefokusde span
Minimum Vereistes:
- Matrieksertifikaat of ekwivalent (’n Nagraadse kwalifikasie is ’n voordeel)
- Minstens 2 jaar ondervinding in pakhuis-, logistiek- en voorraadbeheer
- Kennis van gesondheid- en veiligheidsregulasies
- Rekenaarvaardigheid, veral in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Sterk leierskap en spanbestuursvaardighede
- Uitstekende organisasie- en probleemoplossingsvermoë
- Fyn aandag aan detail
- Kan onder druk werk en spertye nakom
