Signa Academy is offering a Wholesale and Retail NQF Level 3 Learnership for individuals passionate about building a career in the retail industry. This opportunity is open to both people living with a disability and able-bodied individuals who are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Randburg, Gauteng
Closing Date: 18 July 2025
Type: Fixed-term Learnership
Stipend: R5,500 per month
Who Can Apply
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Currently unemployed
- Not registered on any other SETA-funded programme
- Not studying at a tertiary institution
- Interested in the retail sector
- Willing to work long hours and weekends if required

Required Documents (Certified and Clear)
- Updated CV
- Two (2) certified copies of your ID
- Two (2) certified copies of your Matric Certificate

- Highest qualification
- Residential address
Additional for applicants living with a disability:
- Two (2) copies of medical confirmation of disability (doctor’s letter or relevant medical report)
