Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling sessions and managing logistics.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and resources for workshops and courses.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes using Sanlam’s systems.
- Provide administrative support to facilitators and training managers, ensuring smooth delivery of programs.
- Engage with employees and learners to address queries and promote a positive learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training activities.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in HR, administration, or related field advantageous).
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or training support roles, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Commitment to Sanlam’s values of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
- South African citizenship or valid work permit.
