Job Purpose
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing stock loss, and maintaining exceptional store standards. This role is perfect for a passionate retail leader ready to deliver world-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales through excellent customer service, store image maintenance, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
- Manage costs by driving operational efficiencies in line with PEP’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure administrative tasks comply with company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic team.
- Maintain high standards for health, safety, and housekeeping.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business or retail-related field) is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of retail experience in a leadership role.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is a plus).
