Job Description

Executing of administrative task on the depot or OFD

Required minimum education/Training and Work Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer Studies
  • Advanced administration skills
  • Grain handling experience

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Capturing of data on Excel

     – Put all daily deliveries ticket info on excel
     – Sort them according to different farmers
     – Sent invoices and filling

  • Weigh grain on Ourweigh

      -Weigh trucks in and out

  • Gathering of temporary grain harvest workers data

      -Coordinate general worker contracts
      -File induction documentation
      -Update worker leave applications

  • Maintaining daily depot inspections

      -Do all the depot inspections
      -Moisture testing
      -Weighbridge testing
      -PC Back-ups

  • Driver

      -Collecting and delivering of equipment parts.
