This programme is available in all provinces and combines theoretical training with on-the-job workplace exposure, helping learners build real-world skills that improve employability.

Recruitment Criteria
To qualify for the GPR Training Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12 passed
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- No criminal record
- Currently unemployed
Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee placement, as selection depends on availability and employer needs.
