As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

🔹 Grade 12 / Matric (Further qualifications in retail/business are an advantage).
🔹 At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in the retail sector.

✔ Ensure brand standards & customer service expectations are met.
✔ Oversee daily store operations, including sales, payments, and orders.
✔ Supervise & motivate staff to meet daily sales targets.
✔ Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.
✔ Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies & guidelines.
✔ Reduce stock losses and maintain accurate stock records.
✔ Maintain admin standards and ensure efficient store management.
✔ Stay updated with stock trends and oversee unpacking processes.
✔ Handle store opening and closing procedures.
✔ Act as a role model for all store employees.
