Key Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Associate involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Represent the brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions to exceed expectations.
• Monitor and track sales performance against set targets.
• Stay updated on the latest décor and fashion trends while selling a diverse range of products.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities to grow revenue.
• Assist in stock replenishment to ensure the store remains well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Only Grade 12 is required.
• No Experience is needed.
