The Bridgestone Production Learnership program seeks dedicated candidates to join the team, reporting directly to the Production Foreman. This role is based in Brits and offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tyre assembly while adhering to strict safety regulations and production standards.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Conduct risk assessments on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (3S standards).
- Ensure all machine controls are in proper working order.
- Remove and return empty spools, trolleys, and rolls.
- Transport raw materials to storage bays.
- Supply necessary solutions to machines.
- Work collaboratively within a team.
- Meet production targets as outlined in the program scope.
