Premier is on the search for hardworking applicants who would like to obtain practical knowledge in the industry through their 12-month graduate programme. The Premier Graduate Programme provides candidates with hands-on experience in real-world work environments, specifically within manufacturing settings. Participants gain exposure to essential projects that integrate various aspects of food science and quality assurance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry operations. Graduates receive structured training and mentorship, benefiting from both formal instruction and informal guidance to enhance their professional development.
The program offers a diverse range of career opportunities within Product Research and Development, allowing participants to explore innovative roles that contribute to advancements in the field. As part of the program, graduates work within the CIP Department, where they actively support the Packaging Development and Projects Team. In addition to gaining technical expertise, participants develop essential soft skills, including facilitation, time management, and teamwork. This holistic approach ensures that graduates are well-equipped to navigate complex work environments and contribute effectively to the industry.
You will also be asked to perform the duties below:
- Maintain precise records of workplace exposure and experience in a logbook to comply with Seta regulations and your learning institution’s reporting requirements
- Work a standard five-day week, with overtime as needed
- Travel between different sites as part of the role; possessing a driver’s license is highly recommended.
