The Hollard IT Learnership Programme is designed to equip aspiring technology professionals with practical workplace experience, digital and technical skills, and a strong foundation for a career in Information Technology.

Over 12 months, learners gain hands-on exposure to technology teams, digital business operations, systems, data, and modern workplace tools while learning from experienced professionals and mentors. The programme combines structured learning with practical experience, helping participants develop technical abilities, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build the confidence needed to succeed in a professional technology environment.
