Job Overview
RCL Foods is looking for a Receiving Clerk and Forklift Driver to join its Supply Chain team in Pretoria West. Reporting to the Transport Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe loading and offloading of products, receiving stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and operating a forklift in accordance with company safety standards.
This role is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, organised, reliable, and experienced in warehouse or logistics operations. The successful candidate will help ensure products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently while supporting production through the supply of crates and pallets. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating a forklift safely and conducting daily safety inspections.
- Reporting forklift faults and replacing gas cylinders where required.
- Loading and offloading products accurately according to customer requirements.
- Receiving crates and pallets.
- Supplying crates and pallets to the production department.
- Performing daily cycle counts and participating in monthly stocktakes.
- Capturing received stock on SAP accurately and on time.
- Reconciling stock records with the Administration team.
- Ensuring crates and pallets are stored in their designated areas.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Following all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
- Reporting any non-conformances or stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Supporting efficient warehouse and transport operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A valid Forklift Licence.
- Computer literacy (advantageous).
