Job Overview
A manufacturing company in Killarney Gardens is seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations and Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, logistics, stock control, procurement, customer service, and financial administration. The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the business, ensuring efficient workflows across the warehouse and office environment.
This position is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and can independently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Transport Coordination
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules
- Arrange transport logistics for timely distribution of goods
- Ensure transport trucks depart according to schedule
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor and maintain inventory records
- Oversee stock control processes and warehouse inventory levels
- Ensure stock accuracy and support warehouse operations
Financial Administration
- Process customer invoices and credit notes
- Capture supplier invoices accurately
- Manage debtor accounts and customer follow-ups
- Maintain accurate financial records
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Coordinate purchasing activities
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Monitor procurement processes and supply requirements
Customer Service & Internal Sales Support
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Support internal sales administration
- Coordinate customer requests and order processing
General Administration
- Manage daily office operations
- Maintain administrative systems and records
- Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative duties
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities
Minimum Requirements
- Proven recent experience as an Operations Administrator or Office Administrator
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to open the facility at 07:30 daily
- Long-term career mindset and commitment to stability

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
