About the Job
As a Parking Attendant at Truworths, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the car parking facility operates and stays well-maintained. Your daily activities will involve efficiently interacting with customers, handling cash, and keeping the parking area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing Parking Tickets: Greet customers and distribute parking tickets to ensure a smooth parking experience.
- Managing Traffic Flow: Monitor and direct vehicles to maintain order in the parking area.
- Cash Handling: Receive payments, issue change, and operate the YOCO card machine.
- Daily Balancing: Perform daily cash-ups and reconcile tickets issued with cash received.
- Cleanliness: Keep the parking facility neat and tidy.
- Banking: Deposit daily cash into the cash office.
