Purpose of the Role

To welcome clients and manage branch flow through efficient queue coordination, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes assisting clients at ATMs and supporting transactions on self-service and remote banking channels.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • No prior work experience required

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year client service experience (retail, financial, or banking environment preferred)

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Preferred:

  • Relevant banking or customer service qualification

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic calculations
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products (advantage)
