Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to apply Batho Pele Principles in a working environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Patient Affairs Directorate. Duties include:
- Registering and admitting patients on SAP/HIS or manually
- Classifying patients according to the Uniform Patient Fee Schedule (UPFS)
- Completing administrative documents accurately
- Billing patients and collecting money where applicable
- Issuing receipts and balancing the in-paying register at the end of each shift
- Capturing patient data correctly to ensure good data quality
- Recording patient admissions and discharges accurately
- Ensuring patient files are correctly and completely compiled
- Compiling daily and monthly patient statistics
- Ensuring working materials and equipment are available
- Reporting lost, damaged, or dysfunctional equipment
- Assisting with stock ordering and stock management systems
