About the Nicasia Holdings Learnership 2026
Nicasia Holdings is offering theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on the insurance industry with their beneficial learnership programme. The Nicasia Holdings Learnership is a 12-month structured programme that combines both theoretical learning and practical workplace experience. It is divided into two phases, consisting of six months of classroom-based theory followed by six months of hands-on training within a work environment.

Participants gain valuable exposure to the insurance industry, allowing them to build relevant knowledge and understand real-world operations. Throughout the programme, learners receive mentorship and ongoing development support to guide their progress and enhance their professional growth. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a registered national certificate in insurance, recognising their acquired skills and competencies in the field.

You will be entitled to the following items:

  • Learn about the insurance industry and its operations by developing an understanding of how the sector functions, including its key processes, products, and services
  • Gain practical experience through real-world scenarios by applying theoretical knowledge to actual workplace situations that reflect everyday industry challenges and responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks and client service by supporting day-to-day office functions, responding to client inquiries, and helping maintain efficient service delivery
  • Participate in projects and workshops to build skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to team-based assignments that enhance both knowledge and practical abilities
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from industry professionals who provide support, share expertise, and help develop both technical competencies and professional growth.

The selected applicants will be entitled to a stipend of R6 500 per month.
