- Monitor and follow up on any pending QC requirements.
- Conduct weekly stock scans and reconcile them with system records to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure vehicle branding is removed before auction.
- Verify that branding removal costs are accurately recorded under Invoice Extras.
- Follow up on any outstanding branding removal tasks.
- Track and follow up on pending NATIS documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles have compliant registration documentation prior to sale.
- Maintain accurate records in line with internal audit and governance standards.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier invoices.
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed and paid within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Confirm that costs related to inspections, branding removal, and other services are accurately captured.
- Support daily operational reporting activities.
- Prepare and distribute ad hoc reports as required.
- Maintain accurate stock tracking and ensure system updates are completed regularly.
