Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Clerk will support the Traffic Engineering Services unit with various administrative and operational tasks, including:

  • Managing document control and records security
  • Providing client liaison and administrative support
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Offering technical and operational support
  • Collecting and consolidating relevant information
  • Organising meetings with stakeholders and clients
  • Drafting project submissions, business plans, and official correspondence
