What You’ll Do
- Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, visas, transport)
- Process stipends, vendor payments, and expenses via Sage/ERP
- Track requests and resolve delays with finance & procurement
- Maintain accurate trackers and digital filing (SharePoint)
- Support event planning, retreats, and logistics
Requirements
- 2–4 years admin / finance / logistics experience
- Sage or similar ERP system experience (essential)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
Advantageous
- Diploma/Degree in Admin, Finance, or Logistics
- Experience in education, non-profit, or programme environments
- Ability to create SOPs, templates, and process docs
