About the Sun International Go Gaming Learnership 2026
Sun International is searching for candidates who would like to obtain credible theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the Go Gaming department. The Sun International Go Gaming Learnership is designed to prepare individuals to serve as frontline customer service representatives, responsible for facilitating casino table games while delivering outstanding service on the gaming floor. Participants are expected to perform their duties in full compliance with company standards, policies, and all applicable gaming regulations.
The programme is structured as a 12-month employment contract, during which learners gain both practical and theoretical experience. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a National Certificate in Gaming at Level 3, formally recognizing their skills and knowledge in the field.
Throughout the learnership, individuals receive continuous coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training, along with regular assessments to monitor their progress and development.
