About the Eskom Hospitality Learnership 2026-2028
Eskom is currently looking for candidates who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills focusing on the Hospitlity department with their learnership. The Eskom Hospitality Learnership is structured to support the executive chef in the overall management and daily operation of the kitchen, covering both administrative and operational responsibilities.

The learner will be involved in the preparation and production of food in accordance with established standards and procedures. Responsibilities also include managing and controlling stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources. In addition, the learner will perform administrative duties and assist with the implementation and maintenance of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements. The role further involves delivering effective customer service while consistently ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
