Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Administration Clerk will support the Information Management Unit by performing the following tasks:

  • Collect and manage data from various Functional Business Units (FBU)
  • Ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly data capturing and reporting
  • Conduct data verification and reconciliation processes
  • Generate weekly and monthly system reports
  • Maintain departmental filing and records management systems
  • Attend data-related meetings and training sessions
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required
