Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 10, Standard 8, or ABET Level 4 qualification
- No previous work experience required

Key Responsibilities
As a Groundsman, your duties will include maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of government premises.
1. Premises Maintenance
- Clean the surrounding areas of the premises
- Remove litter and empty dirt bins
2. Garden and Landscape Maintenance
- Water gardens and lawns
- Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Mow grass and remove weeds
- Dispose of garden refuse
- Apply insecticides when required
- Remove dead plants and flowers
- Cultivate soil for planting and garden growth
3. Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Detect and report malfunctioning equipment
- Carry out minor repairs when necessary
- Clean and store protective equipment properly
4. Occupational Health and Safety Compliance
- Follow workplace safety regulations
- Report challenges encountered on site
- Ensure proper use of protective clothing and safety gear
