Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum Grade 10 or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant laundry or cleaning experience will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work night shifts
  • Physically fit and able to work in a factory or industrial environment

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Loading and unloading linen
  • Sorting, counting, folding, ironing, and pressing linen
  • Operating ironing and pressing machines
  • Sealing and labeling linen bags with tags
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the working area and equipment
  • Counting and delivering clean linen
  • Collecting and handling dirty linen
